Outside The Portico or An Exploration Into the Night Time of Wilderness

This is a video excerpt from improvised performances (mess around) that took place in and in this case, just outside the Portico Gallery in Iowa City, Iowa. I had access to the studio for 2 weeks.
In reconsidering this video and improvisation, I learn more about the nature of my behavior. Particullarly I am interested in the way I conduct myself when I am stripped of time responsiblity. To quote actor and director, Alan Alda, "You have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition". This is an exploration into the night time of wilderness.
